Delivery/ Exchanges/ Returns

We are out of studio on annual leave until 4th August. All (made to order) orders placed online will not be processed until W/C 6th August (please allow for 5-14 working days processing time from 6th August on all orders placed whilst away- email prior to ordering if you are unsure on whether an item would arrive in time for an event).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?

Any PREMADE items will be dispatched within 3 working days. All MADE TO ORDER and CUSTOM ORDERS will take 5-14 working days to be dispatched (check product captions) - depending on waiting list times/ whether fabrics need to be ordered in. Including postage times, the maximum wait for an order is 17 WORKING DAYS. Please just email using the 'contact' form if you are unsure whether an item would arrive for when needed. It is possible to have items made with a faster turnaround, but only if discussed prior to ordering.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Delivery cost will either be flat rate £2.50 or £4.45 depending on whether you buy smaller or larger items. You only pay a flat rate, cost does not go up with the amount of items you buy, so where postage costs exceed the flat rate I charge, I will always cover the extra costs. Delivery should take 1-3 working days from the dispatch date, but can sometimes take longer during busy periods.

PLEASE NOTE: I CANNOT TAKE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS (E.G. LEAVE IN PORCH), ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY SO THEY MUST BE COLLECTED FROM A SORTING OFFICE IF NO ONE IS HOME (sorry this is out of my control!!)

Orders to the Republic of Ireland are sent International Tracked & Signed - also at 2 flat rates depending on size of items bought. Small items will cost £8.30 or large £9.05.

Orders to the rest of the world are also sent International Tracked & Signed - also at 2 flat rates.£9.35 for smaller items or £10.15 for larger.

If you would prefer to opt for a cheaper, untracked service please email to arrange this. However, please be aware I will not be responsible after posting/ if parcels get lost if you do choose a cheaper option. 

Any customs fees or extra costs incurred are liable to be paid by the customer, we will not reimburse this.

HOW LONG WILL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TAKE?

From the date of dispatch it typically takes up to 2 weeks for the order to reach your destination. However please allow up to 4 weeks as hold ups can occur with overseas delivery.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

From time to time, orders can get lost in the post whilst handled by Royal Mail. Proof of postage receipts are retained from all orders, therefore if you have received a dispatch email and its been two weeks and you have still not received the parcel, please email. We are not responsible for immediately reimbursing funds if this happens, however we will help get in contact with Royal Mail and resolve this issue for you.

PLEASE NOTE: If you decided to opt for a cheaper delivery service, I will not be able to help with resolving the issue with Royal Mail, you will be liable to sort this personally.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

If you decide you would like to return any PREMADE items, check product captions to find which are premade or chose the 'Premade' option from the products menu, (that MUST be in a resaleable, unworn condition, with all tags and labels still attached), please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to notify me of this/ obtain the return post address. The customer is responsible for covering any return postage costs. A refund will be processed within 7 working days, minus the initial postage charge paid. 

Please note, we have the right to refuse any items returned in a damaged or worn condition (or with tags removed) and will not be able to return refused items to you, so please make sure you only return qualifying items. They must be in a fit state to be resold.

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on any MADE TO ORDER or CUSTOM items due to the custom nature of the products. All items are thoroughly checked for faults prior to sending, therefore damages should not be present. 

However, if an item arrives and unfortunately does not fit, please email using the 'contact' page, we are able to exchange for a different size. Providing the item is of a brand new, unworn condition, we will happily exchange for you. Return cost will be at the customers expense, however the delivery of the new size garment will be covered by us.

You MUST have returned any exchanges/refund items within 14 days of receiving your order, otherwise an exchange/ refund will not be possible.
